"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"Big party next door. So a bachelor party spoiled our sleep the last night. We travel with two kids who need their sleep. So I contacted the reception at 21.00. The woman was helpful and told me to contact the guard if the party wasn't over @ 22.00. It wasn't. Contacted the reluctant guard @ 22.30 who told me to report problems to the reception the next day. I insisted that the party was closed down in accordane with house rulles. If he actually did so I don't know, but only when my wife...

This was our second time coming back to Istria and Roxanich. We keep coming back because this place is next level. A truely beautiful hotel for design lovers and even better wine! The complimentary buffet breakfast (with mimosas!) is exceptionally tasty, with lots of options for vegetarians like myself.
