Casa Cálmate, Huize Kalm aan, is a cozy village home in a central location. It’s tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. Enjoy the peace and quiet, take a dip in the shared pool, spend a day playing golf at one of the seven golf courses, or go for a lovely walk in a nature park—you can do all of this from Casa Cálmate!
Less than a 15-minute drive from the beach in Guardamar del Segura.
The home is equipped with sunshades, ceiling fans, and air conditioning (heating/cooling), making it easy to regulate the temperature. With 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a second toilet, it’s a great home for families or a group of 4 friends. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, new oven, new stovetop, and spacious fridge-freezer, rounds out the home. The washing machine is accessible from the patio.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, an additional toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer.
The green bedroom has a double bed, a large closet, and opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy winding down the day with a glass of sangria, for example. The blue bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together and a closet.
Bedding and towels are provided.

From the kitchen, you can start your day on the terrace with a cup of coffee and a view of the artichoke fields.
The covered porch and front yard complete the home. This means there’s always a terrace in the sun or in the shade.

The home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to cool or heat the house.

There are restaurants within walking distance (250 metres), and the centre of Ciudad Quesada is a 20-minute walk away, where you’ll find even more restaurants and shops.
Thanks to its proximity to the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata, this area enjoys a unique, healthy microclimate, rich in salty, mineral-rich air that has a naturally purifying effect. A healthy climate for people with chronic conditions! Casa Cálmate is a wonderful place for both vacations and winter stays.
