We only had one night at the Alex, but would have loved more! Stylish lobby, a useful common area one floor up, compact comfortable room and walk to everything in Perths CBD. Friendly staff, what more could you want!

The room was a good size and had what I needed with the kitchen etc. and bed extremely comfortable. However, after staying in 2 Adina’s in Brisbane. Which is why I chose this one along with its close proximity to everything I needed it was old and furniture old and outdated. It is in need of a refurb. I was placed in what is an apartment for disabled people I felt quite guilty being in there in case it might have been available for them. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and check in and check out seamless. A shout out to the lovely lady who wore her head scarf as she got got into my car to help me find the car parking as I was struggling to find it. She went above and beyond and I was super impressed with her!! Please pass this onto her manager.

Our weekend stay at the Pan Pacific Perth was nothing short of exceptional. The warm, attentive service, luxurious amenities and immaculate rooms, exceeded our expectations. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
