Good Evening Colin,I am sorry your stay with us was not up to standard. I have reviewed your booking, and can see that the two rooms came through as two separate bookings. As such, two separate rooms were booked, and due to availability, we were unable to guarantee these rooms would be on the same level. Good location, good rooms. Would stay here again. Only issue was someone's exfoliation gloves were left in the shower. Everything else was ok.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was modern with everything at your fingertips. Comfy beds and pillow. Very quiet. Great products in bathrooms. Great location and friendly staff. Good view. We loved staying there

Enjoyed large apartment, gym and pool, Wifi TV quality. Choice of local restaurants. Disappointed with home-made EV charging (extension cord).and drainage problems.

As we don't have a permeant EV charging station, we provided an extension cord to assist with charging your vehicle so you didn't have too, leave the hotel. The convenient location and the excellent presentation of the Unit made for a very pleasant stay . Staff were alwys friendly and helpful .Would recommend the Edge Apartments for any one wanting to be in Rockhampton .

Location is excellent - right near the river. Booked a 1 bedroom unit and was given a 1 bedroom disability unit o a low floor with a view (and cooking smells) from restaurant next door. Shower was awful as water wet the entire bathroom. Reception responded to my request for a room change very promptly but sighted a 'Hotel Fully Booked' reason why I could not be moved. Staff on reception were generally officious and unwelcoming.

Stayed overnight for a concert after business appointments that day. Excellent service from the staff. Text message came early to say my room was ready which was a relief as I had finished my morning appointments and was looking forward to putting my stuff away and getting ready for more appointments in the afternoon. The room was well set out and had a dividing door/hallway from the main corridor sealing off any elevator or other noises. Nice view of the river across the road and very central to the town centre. Spoilt for choice on eateries at a arms length from the hotel. I chose to have dinner at Trufusion which shares the hotel building and highly recommend it for anyone who likes Indian or middle eastern foods. Well within walking distance of the pilbeam theatre just around the corner for anyone looking to stay and catch a concert.
