This cozy cabin is a spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin structure, nestled on 18-private heavily wooded, yet scenic, acres with incredible rock formations sprinkled throughout. With approx. 1,450 sq. ft. of well-appointed living space and approx. 1,000 sq. ft. of exterior covered decking and patio for outdoor entertainment, this cabin surely does not disappoint. After a long day of exploring everything that the beautiful Hocking Hills has to offer, no matter the weather, peace and relaxation are waiting for you. Although most cars should have no problem during most of the year, during winter months and/or inclement weather 4WD is STRONGLY recommended.\*\* Things to note: \- Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent Summit Point. \- Renter must provide a valid driver’s license copy that includes date of birth. \- Renter must agree to review and sign Rental Agreement (see attachment at end of booking process).
