We have been working on giving this adorable house a bit of a facelift so it is just coming back on the market. We are also working on the fencing so while dog friendly, the house is not currently completely fenced. Message us for an update on our ETA.

There's a pool table in the garage, which has been converted to an entertainment space for those days the weather just isn't cooperating. You can open the garage door for light/fresh air on those nice days.

The house is dog friendly for dogs that are house friendly. Up to two pups for the per-night pet fee.

Renovated in 2019 and lots of work in 2025, this cute house has new floors, modern appliances including dishwasher, and new granite tile countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) as well as a toaster, coffee maker and filters, blender, mixer and slow cooker - making home cooking a snap.

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home has room for five guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom, Twin over Full bunk beds in the private room off the converted garage, as well as a single and full futon in the garage/entertainment space. A washer and dryer makes laundry a snap. Lots of parking in the driveway.

We live in Rockaway and spend a lot of time crabbing and fishing during the Summer/Fall, so who knows you might just get fresh crab delivered out of the blue. We are happy to recommend activities, fishing charters, etc. in the area.

Take a trip to the Tillamook Cheese factory, Nehalem Winery, Barview Jetty, view the Terrible Tilly lighthouse, or hike the Neah-Kah-Nie trail. Take a trip on the Oregon Scenic Railroad or see the area from a different perspective on the Rail Riders. That's just a few of the many things to do within about 20 minutes from Rockaway Beach.
