One coffee sachet, two tea bags for a 3 day stay. No milk sachets. Very creaky floorboards and you can hear through the walls. Some people dont understand what quiet means. I had to knock on a door and beg a women to be quiet as we and every other person on that level was tring to sleep. The staff were ok . Got a free upgrade to a waterfront room, employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Yes, the room was outdated but thats the charm of the place. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, and a great espresso machine in the rooms with local coffee pods. We had dinner at their restaurant - amazing food and service. Incredible unique menu using local food and produce with an amazing ambience. You can not find this at a Hilton nor a Marriot. Could not recommend The Waterloo Hotel more. Not to mention Swansea is a sweet little town on the water with great coffee and an epic nine hole course."
