  • Enjoy your stay at this 1 bedroom and 1 bath lower level of home. Fully furnished and fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking and baking needs. Queen sized bed along with a queen sized pull out sofa. This home is 2 blocks from Mayo Campus, 1 block from the walking and biking trails. Off street parking with 1 garage space. Private laundry, private side door access with personalized keyless entry code.

We loved our stay with Broc! He was very communicative and helpful. I had Booked this a year out and he was wonderful to work with. I really Appreciated the car port and the coffee amenities most! Thanks for a great time.

Clean, safe and walking to Mayo

Great experience, very clean and very close to Mayo so walking daily can happen. Would definitely rent again!

Within walking distance to the clinic. Great neighborhood! They had everything we needed had we forgotten something. Would rent again.
