Pool was closed for maintenance. This was not disclosed or shared on Expedia prior to booking or even at the hotel prior to our check-in. It was a quiet hotel (on our floor anyway) during our stay. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, although had to reheat in microwave as eggs and potatoes were barely warm. Beds and pillows were comfortable and shower was roomy. Used towels were picked up daily. Five West restaurant right next door has outstanding menu and service.

Beds were clean and comfortable but hotel overall was unlean. Carpets and chairs dirty. Couch in room had food and spills. Curtains were black at the bottom with spill stains. Makeup swab under vanity that looked like it had been there for some time. Hand prints on wood post in the room. Will not be back.

Clean room and good bed. Faucet is old and loose. Side door to the hotel won’t open with room key.

As visitors at Mayo we were unsure where to stay. This hotel is clean, staff is nice, beds are so comfortable, pillows are standard size, bathrooms are good size. Rates are good. It is a 15 minute drive to the Gonda Building. You have room to move and breathe in this room. Parking is convenient and air conditioning works well.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The property overall is not well maintained. The pool is out of service and ice machines and vending machines are missing or inoperable. The landscaping is full of weeds. I don’t know what the breakfast substance was but it was not eggs.

The hotel is VERY clean and quiet. The staff was professional and positive. Wren was awesome and checked me in and answered my questions about the area (where to eat etc.) The location is in a nice spot with restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all around. The shuttle to Mayo is very convenient and the van is clean and the driver is polite. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again because of the quiet, the clean rooms and the excellent staff.
