It was just the right size for me, my husband and our dogs. Backyard was spacious and fully fenced. I used the deck a couple of times while working remotely. The dogs liked the screened in front porch and the park that is right across the street. The beds were comfy, although we wish there was a king size bed or at least another queen. Space is a little tight, so I understand. Also would have preferred to have a dishwasher to ensure that all dishes could be sanitized with hot water. The home was warm and we had all the supplies we needed- Keurig coffee, creamers and bottle water. Fantastic back yard for our dog to stretch his legs, I can't imagine now nice this would be in the summer! Great communication and easy to understand instructions! Hope to be back again! ##### Ann P. Owner provided everything we needed including water, snacks, coffee, and creamer. Cute two bedroom in a quiet neighbor just minutes from Mayo Clinic and near businesses. If you’re going to Rochester, this house is the best deal. Next time we have to go to Mayo, we will rent this house again. Thanks for a great experience. ##### Neil B. Owner was very prompt with everything we needed. Internet was excellent, and the covered deck was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation.
