### L'escarpolette - Riville

Ground floor : - fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, high-end refrigerator) and a dining area, open to - the living room / living room with a friendly and functional wood stove, mini HiFi system, DVD player, 30 inch 16/9 flat screen TV, - bathroom (washing machine), - separate wc. Electric floor heating. Floor: - 1 bedroom (1 bed 160cm, 1 bed 90cm), - 1 bedroom (3 beds 90cm), - wc, - relaxation area (games and reading). We have designed the Escarpolette so that you can spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Completely restored while retaining its traditional brick and flint building while favoring light and comfort, the cottage is designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people. Swings, hammock and table tennis await you in a large orchard backed by an aromatic vegetable garden. For your well-being, a sauna is located in an annex building.
