Staff was helpful and friendly. Minor construction was going on but did not affect our stay. I wish I would have looked better into stay for the breakfast hours and such that affected our stay more than anything. Would definitely stay again.
Rooms were very clean and quiet. Laundry was fast and at a great price. Staff was very helpful. Location is outstanding. Only improvement is to increase the temperature of the hot tub by 10°.
Staff was very helpful at check-in. Location was good. Rooms were what I expected for this kind of property; clean and maintained well. I would stay here again.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel hallway had an open garbage bag next to our door. Comforter was badly stained. Bed was missing the topsheet (desk apologetically provided one). Room had not been vacuumed. Would not stay again. Will not use expedia to book again (found better rates at less shady hotels after the fact).
I truly enjoyed staying at The Inn at Lander. The inn is well run, the staff is responsive and gracious, the room clean. I will gladly stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay in Lander. Our accommodations were nice and enjoyable. Our mattresses were very soft and ok for one person but would probably be inadequate for two adults. Very nice people!!
I love the location. The rooms were nice. No complaints about the cleanliness. The staff was helpful. My daughter left an item in her room and Crystal was kind enough to look for it, find it, and sent it to me. The biggest complaint is THERE IS NO RESTAURANT anymore. Extremely misleading on the hotel description of amenities because of this. That would be the only reason I might not stay again. It’s a pleasant hotel, if that is not an issue.
The suite room was very nice and hot tub was very relaxing. Only thing i wonder is why no elevator? What about handicapped people? A lady was struggling to get downstairs with a cane. Dont understand how you get away with not having one
