Tiny House is in perfect condition, everything works, it has air conditioning. has bathroom and shower, you have a living room, you have night stands and everything you need for your comfort. It is located in an excellent area, close to many restaurants, hospital, police station also the RV is located near freeways 215 and 60 - riverside university It is a comfortable and large. the RV has a fridge where you can put your sodas, water or whatever you need to refrigerate

I went to Riverside county to see my dad for Father's Day weekend. Needed a place. I felt like the hotels were all a little too expensive for my budget, but I found this great little tiny house. Very reasonably priced and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Also in a gated area so I felt safe where my parking was. It was very nice for the money. I would definitely go again The only downside and it's really not a downside was the driveway was a little difficult to find. At first it's a very narrow and small driveway, but if you just drive slow you will find it thanks to my host appreciated it
