Great Stay

This stay was quite lovely, had a big family of 12 ranging from adults to teenagers to small children and we had a amazing time we didn’t even want to leave stayed outside in the pool area our whole visit. Huge kitchen for cooking and eating. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place

It was a nice rental house with great amenities. When we went there, it felt homely with the kids games, the already prepared utensils, the cleanliness, and the nice smell when we went in. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the bonfire. We recommend this acrace and we would rent this place again!

The house was very clean when we got there. Everything was available and easy to find. They had plenty of towels for the pool. I would stay here again. Great experience. Quick response for any questions we had to the owner.

Beautiful Property

This house was so nice! Property managers were very responsive and kind. I had 12 friends book this place and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The games kept everyone entertained through weekend and there were plenty of pots, pans and seasonings for cooking. Definitely wish there was a jacuzzi for the winter, but overall amazing stay.

lovely unexpected treasure

Extremely lovely for large parties, or your own private oasis. The property is spacious and provides enough "leg room" for children of all ages, so many onsite accommodations; fire pit, BBQ grill/smoker, pool, air hockey, plenty of sleep space, 2.5 bathrooms, new appliances make cooking and hosting others a breeze. Definitely looking to stay in the future.

Great stay in Riverside

This property was exactly what we needed. Family was in town for my son's wedding. Great place to just be together. Plenty of room. The grandbabies had so much fun with the play area, the bigger kids (adults) enjoyed the pool table. I can't say enough about the kitchen. We hope to be back for our next visit. Thanks so much! Julie

Great house to stay

Excellent hosts and a very beautiful house. We were very pleased with the rental. You have everything you need to have a good time with the family. One thing to consider, possibly with an extra cost, would be heating for the pool because the water was cold. But overall, everything was very good! Thank you, Jean Pierre.

Family fun

It was very family friendly. Love that there were things for our grandson to enjoy. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Television was a little complicated. Maybe directions on what channels there are.

The Best

Beautiful view from kitchen window. Spacious and cozy. Clean and provided many necessities like, pots, pans, dishes, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, towels, blankets, board games, etc. All the shopping were less than 5 - 10 mins away. The town is beautiful. From all of the experiences I’ve rented from, this home by far would be my absolute favorite. If we ever return to Riverside, we will most definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The home was clean, spacious, set up well to accommodate a large group, the pool was a bonus! It was clean, and had steps for the kids. The yard was set up well with lounging for non swimmers, plenty of seating, and plenty of options to keep everyone engaged. The kids enjoyed the "park", and my small dog enjoyed the yard. The hosts were very responsive, and helpful when one of our guests left a wallet behind. The home is in a convenient location with local stores, restaurants and freeway access nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Riverside House

My family of 9 stayed in this lovely house for 7 days, family age range was 7 to 69. Everyone loved it, especially the swimming pool and outdoor games. Everyone enjoyed being able to have home cooked meals. There were no problems with neighborhood we were in. The owner sent check in information the morning of our arrival and check in was a breeze as well checking out. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely book again!

clean but some plumbing issues

One of the sinks was blocked, and the host showed up the next day to fix it. The dishwasher wasn't working and we figured it was because the water connection to the dishwasher was closed. There were many tiny black silverfish-like insects outside and some inside, harmless though. Property was overall clean.

This is the first time I've had to post a negative review, and I don't like leaving negative ones, but I am unhappy I spent so much money on this place and wish I had been warned as well. I would not recommend staying here if you plan on having many people or if you plan on cooking. The outside is lovely, the pool is gorgeous, has a lot of backyard games and plenty of parking. Location is good. The inside is not as well stocked. The floor was so dirty that I couldn't go barefoot from the first day. There were no washcloths, we had to search for hand soap, no shower soap, no top sheets on the bed, we had to put them on ourselves, coffee canister empty, no laundry or dishwasher soap, couldn't use microwave and oven at the same time or the fuse would blow, kitchen is not well stocked for that many guests or cooking. 2nd shower didn't work for our stay, so some of my guests went to a motel, incurring extra costs. Owner says it was just worked on so my guess is that the air wasn't blown out of the line before we came, so that's all we got, but the people after us apparently got water. Handle came off at one point so we stopped trying as to not mess it up further. 16 cannot sleep here comfortably. Owner ad still says they have two futons, but they are not in the house. I knew this beforehand because I asked since the photos didn't line up with the listings, but letting others know since it's still on their page.

False representation

My family and I were beyond thrilled to stay in Riverside Ca. Upon discovering this property and the photos listed we booked it immediately. Upon arrival, the outdoor front appearance was nothing like the photos, the front horseshoe driveway had a large separation, which posed a safety hazard for injury to humans and damage to automobiles. I called the hosts and over the phone he pointed it out and stated to use caution. I repeatedly had to remind all who visited and stay in the home. Once inside the home was filthy dirty, I have photos to posted. Vrbo is helping with this process. All window sills had dirt, oven/fridge, microwave and counters were dirty. When we proceeded to the bathrooms and bedroom we encountered more dirt, upon flushing to ring around the toilet was black. We went out back as the pool was our biggest excitement. We live in Chicago, therefore 70 degrees is summer to us. The pool was filled with algae, stones around the pool were loose(another safety hazard and there was loose wood along the side of the house. I was visiting my 2 yr old grand daughter and was unable to have her go outside to play. My mother in law in her 80’s in this age of Covid was unable to stay at the home due to the risk with the filth. I’ve attempted to reach host/owner to discuss the matter and he has been uncooperative, I bought as much air freshener and candles as I could but it didn’t help. My sister came to visit for the day, she’s a real estate agent and she checked her MLS listing la and the photos were the same on the Vrbo site. The home is nothing like the photos. I still am willing to share my concerns with the host/owner but he is being uncooperative and avoiding me at this time. At this point I don’t want another families vacation ruined. I will post my pics in the next few days. Our trip was such a disappointment.
