"The check in was quick and easy, lobby very clean and the room too. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"It was just ok. I thought that there would be a continental breakfast included. They were set up for it but no food or coffee. They said they didn't have cups for the coffee. It doesn't make sense. The room just was fair. After awhile my key didn't work."

"The hotel was really nice but I was very upset that the indoor pool wasn’t open. I purposely booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and my kids were dying to use it. It was closed and there was no clear answer of when it would reopen so we had to leave with two very unhappy kids. "

"bathroom, shower floor had a huge crack in it, and it ran all the way up the side of the wall. Carpeting in front of the air conditioning unit was soaking wet. I don’t know if it was from the leak under the shower or from the air-conditioning unit itself. "

"Everything was excellent. However wish we had free breakfast, and we wish the hostess when we checked was a little friendlier, the other 2 were ok. Not too friendly or attentive. Hotel was beautiful, clean etc. We would definitely return again "

"Warm & cozy lobby, friendly front desk staff. Location is IDEAL and 1 minute walk to the restaurants & stores. Even in a side room (not waterfront) you can see the water. The balcony is nice and we had coffee outside & enjoyed the view. "
