« We chose this hotel since it was offered at a good price on Expedia and had mostly positive reviews. We arrived about ten minutes early from the check-in time and the person at the front desk immediately gave us the keys, which we appreciated. However, when we entered the room, it was completely not ready for guests: the bed linen was crumpled up and scattered across the floor, the room appeared extremely messy and very unclean. What was the most upsetting part was discovering visible urine...
