The idyllic landscape is a delight all year round, with blooming meadows in the spring, golden fields in the fall, and clear, refreshing air in the winter.

Just 3 kilometers away lies the town of Niebüll, which offers cultural variety with specialty shops, a movie theater, museums, and a train station providing direct connections to the island of Sylt. Thanks to its proximity to the coast, the house is also an ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen or to Denmark. The ferry terminal in Dagebüll, from which ferries depart for the islands of Föhr and Amrum, is only 13 kilometers away.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (170 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom offers a single bed (90 x 200 cm) as well as a desk with a TV —ideal for guests who’d like to work occasionally even while on vacation.
