Bina and all her staff at the front desk were friendly and so very helpful arranging affordable transportation for us, suggesting restaurants and even contacting them about our special needs, answering our questions, and pointing us in the right direction. They treated us like family. The breakfast room staff was friendly and helpful, and there were lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again when I need to be in the area.

Newly renovated, room was large and had lots of hook's, shelves and closet space as well as plugs everywhere. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was surprisingly good

Nice swimming pool

The Best Western was a great place to stay. The evening front desk lady was very friendly, informative, and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable. The hot breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel was a great location for the Balloon Fiesta — close proximity to the park and you could view the balloons in the morning right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay there again when back in Albuquerque.

A bit dated but great clean oroperty

Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast

Convenient

Free shuttle and nice garden.

This is not a new property but newly renovated - it is beautiful - my room was great - the courtyard has a pool and an outdoor restaurant area. The restaurant was great as well - great service and delicious food. Nice patio. All in all it is really great - Staff was great but the morning person at the registration desk was surprisingly grumpy both times i had to go ask a question - I left very early and the night person and security staff were kind, and very helpful. I'll go back for sure!!

Pool was beautiful and quiet , property was well equipped with 2 coffee shops, parking was great and easy. Close to several breaking bad film locations which was nice for us as this was our reason of travel. Highly recommend!

Front desk, shuttle and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfy. My only real complaint is that the floors didn't send like they were cleaned (bathroom) or vacuumed (sleeping area) very well. There were stains on the rug.

Great stay and they gave gifts to our dogs!
