Super helpful staff. Brand new and very modern and clean hotel facilities. Super close to Europa Park. Great value for money. Recommended.

Road trip.
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast one morning and this was very rushed and very expensive. The room was clean and tidy, but the bed and pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The bar area was lovely, but the alcohol was so expensive. We’d stay again if nothing else in the area was available. Great spot for travelling to the surrounding areas, quiet by night but lots of building works in the area by day. Limited food options by night unless you have transport. Maybe we were just too out of season.

The breakfast offering was very poor for the price you pay, not very good value at all. Can’t fault anything else about our stay though.

Great place! Lovely and friendly staff! Great location! It’s a new place, so sofas were still missing in the living room, and no chairs and table in the balcony. I am sure they will receive it eventually. Overall, wonderful place! We will definitely be back :) I recommend it!!!

Everything is perfect. But public transportation and area is terrible. Can be a little bit cheaper

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Europaparks und damit eine gute Alternative zu den sehr hochpreisigen eigenen Hotels des Parks. Alles modern, neu, sauber und in tollem Design. Frühstück war auch toll. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Best choice for Europa-Park
Very new hotel, with regular apartments and family bangalows (2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet). The heating in the bathroom was not operational but this hotel pleases us. Third time there. Nice breakfast. Kind personnel.

Impeccable, juste dommage que sur deux nuit les petites bouteilles d’eau consommées la première nuit ne soit pas remplacé pour en avoir une la seconde nuit également. Je recommande l’hôtel en tout cas . CDLT

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit et n’avons pas pu profiter de tous les services. Ceci-dit, l’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel est irréprochable l’hôtel est très très propre. Je n’ai rien de négatif à dire.
