« This condo is the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is right across from the public beach. Beautiful sunsets! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drive to other beaches. The condo itself is equipped for cooking if you want to eat in. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large balcony was a perfect place to relax. There are 2 parking spots in a gated area. My teens enjoyed having a pool. The beds were a little hard for our liking. Water pressure is low, but thats common all over...

« The place is SO cute! Very spacious, the host was very responsive. It had all needed amenities. Great location and had your own parking spot which is a plus in PR. Definitely book here, you won’t regret it! »

« What a wonderful stay! Location is superb, the view from the patio is magical. Comfortable condo with comfy bed(s) (we only used one room). Very private. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. (Someone commented about the hill being difficult, we found the stairs in the back!). So close to everything in Roncon, Aguada, Aguadilla, we rarely had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to anything. Every time we returned it felt like "coming home:. Highly recommend! »

« We loved the apartment as it contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay. For the first week we did not have a car but found lots to explore on foot. We walked down to the artisan’s market on Thursday night and had dinner in town. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Grocery stores, fruit stands and other food vendors were convenient. We loved the beach and walked Dow down to watch the sunset every night. Thanks Alex for your great attention. »

« Really Enjoyed the location and the beautiful backyard area. The only thing i would complain about is that the wifi didnt work and i missed a big deadline at work due to that. And when i emailed the owner, it was never fixed. There were also a few small issues that when mentioned to owner, no reply or apology. So just a little better of communication is needed. »

« Great spot to stay in Rincón. Easy check in process and the house was very clean and the location on the beach was perfect. Communication was great and they provided things to do while staying. Would stay again. »

« Problems: no hot water at first, no TV ever, no key for easy access to beach, bathrooms need repairs. Another problem was we did not get our first condo; we had it & it was subsequently given to another person. »
