Owner canceled last minute
The owner canceled the reservation the day of the reservation with no apology or even friendliness. I received an email stating $0 refund. I reached out requesting a refund and never received a response. The money was refunded to my account, but customer service with this host was a zero. Wouldn't book with this person again.
