Breakfast was good. Room, bathroom modern looking, adequate, clean. Free flipflops. Beach bag, beach towels and robe provided. Balcony with two lounge chairs and a small table. Shower cabin spacious. Nice pool area. Overall, one of the nicest hotels in Riccione.

Wow we stayed here for 2 nights and I cannot be more amazed at this hotel. Brand new and has been open for 3 months. They have 2 pools and amazing spa room with sauna, showers and infinity pool! This is the newest, cleanest hotel I’ve been in! Thank you to the staff and owners😍😍

We had some glitches to begin with whereby we were sent to a comparably room for two nights due to no air conditioning the room was over 100 degrees. Our room was large. We were to go back to the original room air broke down again sent to smaller room. Although it was highly frustrating and wasted a lot of time the staff were gracious managing it. We were compensated for room change and inconvenience. Would have preferred that it didn’t occur but Marco front desk was very empathetic and tried his hardest to appease. We did have a massage which was great. They do have a pool as well as a gym accessible to guests. Roof top bar awesome; breakfast was great and the chef’s layout of food was beautiful. Had dinner as well on 6 th floor that was tasty and great view. Overall the staff were great

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Promenade e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. La struttura è molto curata, le camere sono pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, accogliente e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa. La colazione è abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, comoda per raggiungere il mare e i principali punti di interesse della zona. Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel Promenade a chi cerca relax, comfort e un servizio impeccabile. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Skønt hotel og beliggenhed. Eneste minus er at der kun er een elevator. Desuden bør det være klart, om det er gratis eller koster penge at bestille en juice til morgenmaden. Det var forskelligt fra dag til dag. Utrolig fin service på værelset med skift af håndklæder to gange om dagen. Lidt støjende beliggenhed. Men skønt hotel alligevel

Sehr sauberes Zimmer! Hervorragendes Personal, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Aussergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück! Einzige Kleinigkeit ist der Poolbereich, wo die Liegen einer Erneuerung bedürfen! Rooftop-Bar mit Sushi war sehr gut, auch das Restaurant war hervorragend und selbst das Bistro war sehr gut! Wir haben alles außer den Wellness-Bereich ausprobiert! Parken war mit Service und mit 25 Euro pro Nacht absolut in Ordnung! Ich zahle in Hamburg manchmal 30 Euro ohne Service!

Hotel ist eigentlich super - nur 2 kleine Anmerkungen: 1. Wäre schön, wenn zumindest 1 Flasche Wasser jeden Tag gratis zur Verfügung stehen würde. 2. Wenn das Hotel schon Werbung mit In- und Outdoor Pool macht, dann sollte man als Hotelgast nicht auch nach zahlen müssen, wenn man diesen benutzen möchte.
