"The staff working there have zero or minima training across the board : customer management, way to dress, way to serve breakfast, clean the rooms and the tables of breakfast, etc They look very under educated people ? Very low income that you can see in their presentation and personal look, but they are very humble and spend lot of energy in trying to compensate the lack of infra, tools and training provided by the administration and management of the hotel . I would never come back and I will be sure everybody understand the low quality of the facilities, rooms, bed (terrible old mattresses) and the breakfast seams a prison breakfast… so depressing and reusing the old juices (all sugarless manufactured ) for the next day… very ashamed . "

"Clean room, excellent water pressure in shower, excellent location to be near Recoñeta’s neighborhood, good AC in the room and building. I reserved a twin bedroom with city view but was told they’ve had only double rooms with city view so they gave us a twin room but with NO view. Coffee and tea only in hotel lobby, no in the bedrooms. Quiet street and small hotel with about 8 floors with 5 rooms per floor. We like it a lot."
