Casa Meraviglia for 2 persons: Beautiful, modern villa in Mediterranean style with amazing views of the sea and Stromboli located in a park with over 700 olive trees, pines and palm trees. What makes Casa Meraviglia unique is the peace, the silence and the beauty of the landscape and the view. If you want to relax, meditate in nature, go to the sea and visit tourist places in and around Tropea, this is the place for you. There is always a cool breeze.
Direct access to the garden with dining area on covered deck, seating under oak, palm and pine trees with amazing views of the sea, Sicily and Stromboli. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 large bedroom with incredible views of the sea, 1 bathrooms with shower, beautiful Vietri tiles. Private entrance, private covered deck and private garden. Internet access (wireless), washing-machine.
You need a car. 2 km to the beach and the nearest villages Santa Domenica and Brattiro', 4 km to Tropea, 6 km to Capo Vaticano. A big lovely dog (outside).

Erholsame Tage
Rundum alles perfekt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti presso Casa Meraviglia. La proprietà è situata in zona rurale tra gli ulivi; fa parte assieme ad ulteriore appartamento della depependance della abitazione dei proprietari. L’appartamento è semplice ma dotato di tutto il necessario; confermiamo la bellezza della vista che regala tramonti incantevoli in cui si staglia in lontananza il profilo dell’isola di Stromboli . Ottima la comunicazione con la Proprietaria via mail e con il sig. Antonio, molto gentile e prodigo di consigli. Infine non si può non citare Bobby, il grande ed affettuoso cane bianco e la sua compagnia non invadente. Siamo soddisfatti di aver scelto Casa Meraviglia.

Toll mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Den tollen Bewertungen aller vorherigen Besucher muss ich mich anschließen, aber die Beschreibung des Objektes ist leider nicht vollständig. Da ich nicht weiß, ob ich im Wissen der wirklichen Randbedingungen hier gebucht hätte (was dann schade gewesen wäre), möchte ich die Beschreibung ergänzen. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich nicht um eine Villa (im deutschen Sprachgebrauch), sondern um die kleinere Hälfte eines Doppelhauses. Die größere Hälfte wird unter der Bezeichnung "Casa Meraviglia Luxushaus für 4-5 Personen in 6 Hektar Park" angeboten. Das heißt, man ist nicht allein auf dem Grundstück! Zu diesem Luxushaus gehören auch die ersten 2 Bilder von 39 Bilder der Bilderstrecke., d.h. die schönen Stühle und die gepflasterte Veranda gehören nicht zu diesem Objekt. Dass man nicht allein auf dem Grundstück ist und die Nachbarn nur ein paar Meter weg sind macht die Tatsache, dass das Fenster des Schlafzimmers keine Vorhänge hat, nachts gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wie oben gesagt, das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert, aber man sollte dies wissen. An dieser Stelle nochmals Dank an Antonio für seine tolle Betreuung.

Soggiorno fantastico
Immerso nella natura, lontano dalla confusione, è il luogo ideale dove rilassarsi. Le spiagge più famose sono facilmente raggiungibili con l'auto. Consiglio di rientrare dalla spiaggia in tempo per vedere spettacolari tramonti con lo Stromboli sullo sfondo. Le principali strutture di servizio (supermercati, farmacia, etc.) sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti. La casa è fresca e ben attrezzata . La proprietaria non è presente ma tramite messaggistica si tiene costantemente aggiornata circa l'andamento del soggiorno e il suo collaboratore Antonio è sempre gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni e a fornire tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Bobby (pastore maremmano ) è una presenza molto discreta: è molto tranquillo e per nulla invadente ma se vorrete coccolarlo sarà molto felice di mettersi a pancia all'aria e di farsi fare dei grattini!

Les cigales et la brise dans les arbres
Nous avons passé des heures inoubliables sous le couvert et son hamac, à profiter de la vue sur la mer et le Stromboli au loin. Aussi attentifs que discrets, les propriétaires nous ont super bien accueillis et conseillés. Un grand merci à eux! La maison est très belle, offre tout le confort et la tranquillité. La plage toute proche de Formicoli est très chouette, sable fin, eau claire, etc. Nous recommandons chaleureusement le séjour.
