Overlooking a breathtaking vista of the Aegean sea, surrounded by all shades of blue, crystal waters and bare rocks, this exclusive property is situated on the spectacular and prestigious location of Gennadi.  
  
Nestled on the beach, superbly constructed and sheltered by almost all wind directions, the building stands out in the surrounding landscape, ideally combining the stark clean lines of local architecture.  
Classy, elegant and functional at the same time, consisting of spacious living areas and terraces, it ensures individuality and privacy to its guests.  
  
Plenty of cozy corners with sun loungers and tables complete the outdoor scene, the centerpiece of which is the private gazebos on the beach.  
Whether you choose to lounge under the sun or sit back on one of the pergola-covered spots, this is the perfect setting to enjoy the amazing colors the sky displays day and night.  
  
Although the cosmopolitan beach of Gennadi with restaurants is a few minutes away, in the villa you can tranquil and seclude for as long as you need.  
  
From white to creamy, soft beige and pale green, the color palette emphasizes the natural light that deluges generously inside.  
  
The Villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining area overlooking the sea & another dining & lounging area (sunny & shady all day long) flows off into the Aegean horizon- and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the estate).
