Nestled in the Wye Valley Gwardolau cottage is an 1850's extension to the main Gwardolau House, formerly the servants quarters and kitchen. Set down a quiet country lane 1.5 miles from the centre of Rhayader this spacious centrally heated property consists of a living room with impressive fire place with multi-fuel stove and beamed ceiling, with access to the rear garden. Large kitchen with rangemaster oven, washing machine. There is a downstairs lavatory. Upstairs there are double and twin bedrooms both with views over the gardens to the hills surrounding Rhayader and the main bathroom.
