We had a wonderful time. Our upgraded room was beautiful, and we loved the view. The staff were amazing, especially the front desk. Thank you for the great stay.
The view from the balcony was picturesque. The property is dated but well cared for. The only downside was no air conditioning in the room and the wifi is only available in the lobby area. The staff was very accommodating and attentive.
This property is unique, staff is friendly, rooms are clean/comfortable and the ghost town is great! We have stayed this property many times over the years and plan to again in the future.
Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed touring the property and museum. Dinner in the restaurant was mediocre, but we did have an enjoyable stay.
We had a great time here! Hotel is fun to explore and the ghost town was amazing. Food at the restaurant was good, maybe could have a bit more variety but other than that we will be back.

Booked 3 rooms for 9 guests - my family in 1 car arrived before me and the lady on the front desk was not very friendly checking in my brother and his family. However, the lady that checked me in later that night was very nice and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very nice and the food was delicious. The hotel is in a beautiful location and certainly has a lot of character. But i feel the rooms could definitely do with some updating.
Our new go-to place whenever we're near Revelstoke! The property is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Both the hotel and our room were spotless, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and there was so much to do, from exploring the beautiful grounds to visiting the ghost town. We only booked one night and immediately wished we had stayed longer!
A special shoutout to Rusty, the resident cat, who was a huge hit with our toddlers and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We can't wait to come back!
This is our second time staying at the resort. My kids love it so much! It’s outdated, but still so fun to stay at. Rooms are clean and so is the rest of the resort. Staff are friendly and welcoming!
