"As an American traveling with his wife and 3 kids, it is always a welcome surprise when the front desk persons speak English and tolerate my attempts at French. They were very kind. They understood and articulated the difficulties of driving in Rennes and so made good recommendations for amenities within walking distance. It is very close to the train station with many food choices. Way nicer than the other hotel we tried in Rennes on the front end of our trip. We were a family of 5 so I did not have time for the spa. "

"This was a very good spot for a family stay. Plenty of room. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the room in English or French for the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. It was an easy bus trip into the city centre and easy access to main motorways. "

"Conveniently located for an easy access to all the historical sites, the hotel provided comfort and safety. Ample breakfast with vegan options and well labeled choices was served in a bright and welcoming environment. Coffee machine with hot water option was set up in the lobby, along the microwave. Interesting in-room bathroom pod needed an extra deep cleaning, but everyday room service was very good. "

"The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only issues I had were a) the mould and grunge on the bottom inside of the shower door and b) that all the pillows were too thick and hard which hampered sleep. I had to create my own pillow from towels. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located"
