Blue Bliss Villa invites you to indulge in a luxurious stay featuring a super-large 160 sqm ecological saltwater pool, thoughtfully designed with multiple sections to suit every guest, a BBQ area, a lively playroom, a ping pong table,& 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms.


Blue Bliss is a five-bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.


As you step into Blue Bliss, youll be greeted by an ambiance of luxury that feels both inviting and homely. Each room is meticulously designed to provide comfort and serenity, ensuring every guest feels pampered and at ease.


Ground Floor


Walking into the ground floor of Blue Bliss, you are instantly welcomed by the natural light coming in. The ground floor consists of a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen and living area and two bedrooms.


With its contemporary design and direct access to the outdoors, this area is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of nature.


The expansive living space flows effortlessly from the kitchen. The design of the living room area is both cozy and chic, with a combination of comfortable seating and elegant decor. A large sectional sofa, accent chairs, and a coffee table create a perfect area for relaxation and socializing. The living room also consists of a 55" TV, a Samsung sound bar, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which fill the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the pool area.


The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday feel effortless and enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen, an inviting island with six bar stools beckons, offering the perfect spot for you and your loved ones to share intimate moments, laughter, and heartfelt conversations.


On the ground floor, you will also find a half bathroom, for convenience.


Strolling down the hall, you will find two bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide luxury and comfort.


The first bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and direct access to the pool area. This bedroom also features a 32" TV, an open closet, and a self-controlled A/C.


The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom also features a 32" TV, an open closet, and a self-controlled A/C.


Attic


Walking up the beautifully designed spiral staircase, you will discover the enchanting third bedroom. This sanctuary features a luxurious Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also offers a 32" TV, an open closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony with a seating area. Step out onto the private balcony and be captivated by the endless, breathtaking views that stretch before you.


Lower Floor


The lower floor is a haven of joy and comfort, featuring a vibrant playroom and the two remaining bedrooms.


The playroom is a paradise for both kids and adults, boasting a 65" TV and a PlayStation 5 for endless entertainment. A lush, sofa invites the whole family to gather and relax, while a small kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge ensures you have all the essentials for snacks and drinks at your fingertips. This area also features a dining table, that can comfortably seat 8 guests.


The two remaining bedrooms are designed with tranquility in mind, each offering a sumptuous Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) that promises restful nights. The ensuite bathrooms, with their stand-up showers, add a touch of luxury while the open closets provide ample space for your belongings, and the self-controlled A/C ensures a perfect climate. Both bedrooms offer a 32" smart TV and direct access to the outdoor area.


This floor also includes a convenient half bathroom and a washer and dryer, making it practical for you and your loved ones.


Outdoor


The outdoor area is a true sanctuary, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort for unforgettable moments. At its heart lies a sparkling pool, where four in-pool sunbeds invite you to bask in the sun while staying cool in the refreshing water. Surrounding the pool, a beautifully landscaped garden creates a serene backdrop.


A stylish gazebo shelters a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying conversations late into the evening. Nearby, four thick mattress sunbeds provide an inviting spot to lounge and soak up the sun, ensuring every moment spent outdoors is filled with relaxation.


For those who love to entertain, a gas BBQ and a sink are ready for culinary adventures, making it easy to prepare and serve delicious meals. Gather around the ten-seater dining table for al fresco dining experiences that youll cherish, surrounded by the warmth of loved ones and the beauty of nature.


More specifically, the outdoor area features:
-The 160 sqm pool is thoughtfully divided into three sections:
* Spacious main pool of 115 sqm
* Childrens pool 13 sqm (0.60m depth) with a hydromassage setting, perfect for little ones!
* Heated pool 20 sqm (1.40m depth) for added comfort and joy (optional heating upon request for an additional daily charge).
- The pool area is equipped with 10 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and 3 umbrellas.
- BBQ facilities with a Gas grill.
- Lawn-covered area for kids to play.
- A ping pong table is available.
