Located just 1 kilometer from Kaloniktis village in the Prefecture of Rethymno, Villa Stratos is a charming traditional home constructed from stone, wood and tile, nestled within a sprawling 10,000 square meter olive grove on the hillside.  
Offering captivating views of verdant hills and a gentle river, Villa Stratos boasts expansive grounds adorned with impressive gardens featuring a variety of palm trees, vine-covered arbors, colorful flowers, and aromatic local herbs.   
Families staying at our villa can immerse themselves in relaxation and leisure with the private swimming pool, equipped with hydro massage jets and a fountain. It's the perfect setting for countless joyful moments spent together by the poolside.  
Spanning 140 square meters, Villa Stratos is adorned with luxurious Cretan marbles and is spread across two levels :  
The ground floor comprises a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom   
and the 1 st floor includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom!
