It is located in the traditional village of Agios Konstantinos, 20 km from the city of Rethymno and 11 km. from the sea. VILLA KAROUZO is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people as it has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed measuring 2X 1.60 and another 2 with twin beds measuring 90 X 2 m. All bedrooms have aircondition, wardrobe and mirror, Both of them are equipped with a desk, a balcony door with direct access to the garden and the pool, beautiful and careful decoration that aims at your relaxation. In the spacious open space, the guest will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a 50-inch TV with satellite channels and a NETFLIX aircondition. An extremely well-kept space that aims at your relaxation and rest. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, hobs, oven, dishwasher and provides everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. Finally, in the open space is the comfortable dining room, able to accommodate you and your family or friends. The house has two bathrooms with shower, one of them is suitably designed to serve the disabled people. They are fully equipped with all kinds of personal hygiene and have a washing machine and dryer. All areas of the house have direct access to the pool and garden. Exterior The outdoor area of VILLA KAROUZO is designed and equipped in such a way as to offer the visitor the ultimate relaxation and a stunning view of the Cretan Sea. Specifically outside you will find the pool and depth 1.40, around the pool there is a variety of furnished areas with comfortable sunbeds, shower, barbecue, a large outdoor dining table and comfortable outdoor lounge. For people with mobility problems access to the pool is via the ramp that has been built for this reason, All outdoor is fenced and has parking. Finally, there is wifi access throughout the property. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind extrem gepflegt, sauber und modern. Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich hat man einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Wir haben den regelmäßigen Reinigungs-Service sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf fernab vom Massentourismus. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, der fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht und das ursprüngliche Griechenland kennenlernen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. ##### Markus H. Great quiet location, 30 mins from rethmyno, with a bakery and minimart in the village. The villa was well furnished and well kept, with decent equipment but little things missing, e.g. no chopping board, no cork screws or bottle openers. Not big things but annoying omissions. Other than these very minor quibbles and the water company doing repairs that impacted water supply for 2 evenings, a great place to stay ##### Simon C. Es ist (noch) wie auf den Bildern, alles neu und es hat an nichts gefehlt. In den 12 Tagen wurde zweimal gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Marinakis war völlig komplikationslos und sehr angenehm. Wer etwas von der Insel sehen möchte, für den ist ein Mietwagen unerlässlich. Und: Entfernungen nicht unterschätzen! Das Nötigste für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt man im Ort. Alles in allem war es für uns ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.
