Bereits ab der Buchung wurden wir von den Vermietern hervorragend betreut. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen, bestehend aus vier Pärchen, und das Haus bot mit seinen 4 gemütlich eingerichteten Doppelzimmern ( 2 Zimmer im EG und 2 im OG) ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss ist aufgrund der niedrigen Deckenhöhe (leichte Schräge zwischen ca. 1,70 m und ca. 1,95 m) an der niedrigsten Stelle (1,70 m) nicht für Personen über 1,80 m geeignet. Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise verlief unkompliziert über WhatsApp, und bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Besonders angenehm war, dass bereits Lebensmittel und Getränke für die ersten zwei Tage bereitgestellt waren, sodass wir entspannt ankommen konnten, ohne sofort einkaufen zu müssen.Das Haus selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die ruhige Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge trägt zur Erholung bei. Der Außenbereich mit Grill und Sitzbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist zwar nicht beheizt, aber dennoch sehr schön und erfrischend.Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Es ist wirklich geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. ##### Maria-Luisa F. We stayed with our two young children and had everything we needed catered for at the villa. You can enjoy close to the villa excellent supermarkets and beaches (spilies beach especially good), and plenty choice of restaurants nearby - CAVO, Prima Plora and Yialos Rethymnon restaurants are a must to visit. Séjour de 10 nuits en juin 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Mads K. 8 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Wonderful villa with 5-star landlord We were four couples together for a week of summer holidays and this place were just perfect. The owner Heather welcomed us with an "arrival-snack" package (wine, water, bread, cheese, pasta, etc.) and provided us with very useful information on her partners (driver and local restaurant) which both showed themselves extremely helpful and serviceminded. The house is newbuild and in an excellent condition. The four bedrooms with individual bathrooms are perfect for four couples and the common areas; kitchen, living room and outside areas are all very nice and equipped with everything you need. During our stay we experienced a problem with the water supply, but Heather organized someone to fix the issue immediately without any inconvenience caused. We give Heater and this house our best recommendation. ##### Mads K.
