"Villa Archontiki Thea" is a traditional newly restored villa with all the luxurious amenities you need for a comfortable holiday in our beautiful island!Built on a hilltop in Archontiki village, this villa offers the most amazing views to the Aegean sea that will dream you away.It features 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms,BBQ,gym,free WiFi,air-conditioning and a vast exterior area with a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views appealing to anyone seeking unique landscapes for his moments of relaxation! This beautiful villa consists of three levels, recently restored with elegant and classy taste maintaining the initial traditional building style the locals used for their own properties. As you enter the villa, on the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms with double beds, both with ensuite bathrooms and one of them also has a sauna inside! Both bedrooms have direct access to a plan terrace. In addition, if you are active and don’t want to neglect your healthy figure, just across the master bedroom, a special fitness space was made for you so you can work out anytime you like. Next to your gym stands a small fridge and laundry facilities such as washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the first floor, in the common space you will find a living-dining area where a large dining table stands next to a fireplace and a flat satellite smart TV where you can enjoy your meals and watch your favorite TV channels or listen to music! Right next to that there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you need to prepare your meals. The house is located in a Cretan village and we had a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. The rooftop pool with lounge corner and seating area gave us many hours of relaxation. The owner was very friendly and always responded to our requests and made us feel welcome. The restaurants and also the beach club only 10 minutes away rounded off the holiday positively. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Idyllischen Dorf, aber mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar (Strand 10 Minuten, großer Lidl 17 Minuten, kleinerer Shop 5-15 Minuten, Rethymno 20 Minuten). In 15-20 Minuten sind auch zu Fuß 2 sehr gute Tavernen erreichbar. Alles war super unkompliziert und wir haben viele Tipps zu Kreta erhalten.Das Haus ist super sauber und perfekt eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Blick ist phänomenal und der Pool größer als wir dachten. Im Poolbereich gibt es jetzt auch eine kleine Chill-out-Area mit bequemen Liegemöglichkeiten und ausreichend Schatten. Einziges Manko, es ist oben sehr windig und daher teilweise gegen Abend oder wenn man nass ist etwas kühl, aber das ist eigentlich auch ein guter Schutz gegen die griechische Hitze. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen! ##### Nina D. Wir waren zu viert und haben es sehr genossen, dass jede von uns ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad hatte. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und im Wohnbereich hielten wir uns gerne auf. Bei schönem Wetter begaben wir uns natürlich in die Lounge auf der Dachterrasse. Schade dass wir den Swimmingpool nicht öfter nutzen konnten- es war noch ziemlich frisch und teilweise zu windig.
