### Charming Restored Miner's House, Private Garden, Close to Amenities and Outdoor Activities

In the land of slate, stay in this charming miner's cottage, fully restored with spacious rooms. It features two enclosed gardens on either side, with a terrace and a children's climbing frame.  
On the ground floor, you have a fitted kitchen, a living room and a dining room, as well as a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with a 140\*190 cm bed, and a third 22m² bedroom with a 140\*190 cm bed, a 90\*190 cm bed, and a 120\*180 cm corner bed. A shower room and a separate toilet are also available. A children's area is also available. The cottage is fully equipped for babies. Beds made up are included.  
For your outings, the Rincerie leisure center, 13 km away, offers a beautiful lake with swimming, canoeing, a wake park, swin golf, fishing, and hiking.  
In Renazé, 3.5 km from the cottage, you'll find all the shops, hiking trails, and a greenway for cycling and hiking. Don't miss the slate museum.  
River fishing on the Chéran and Oudon rivers, and a nearby pond.  
In Craon, 12 km away, you'll find an aquatic complex with a swimming pool, outdoor waterslide, spa, and sauna; a racecourse, horseback riding, and a 19th-century château with its park.  
A little further, 24 km away, you'll find Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, known for its Refuge de l'Arche, an animal park, its marina (boat and bike rentals, etc.), and its gardens. It's the original name for the "Towns and Villages in Bloom" of France.  
  
Business stay: 5 people - Mandatory cleaning fee of €80 per stay of 1 to 14 nights - Heating based on meter reading, €20 deposit payable upon booking from October 15th to April 15th, overpayment refunded based on meter reading.  
  
Weekend stay: Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm  
Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am. Semi-detached house with private garden and parking on the private road. On the ground floor: 13.6m² fitted kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle) - 25m² dining room (dining table and chairs) - 25m² living room with TV - bathroom with bathtub and shower - separate toilet with washing machine.  
1st floor: green bedroom: 1 bed 140\*190, 1 bed 90\*190, 1 bed 120\*180 - yellow/purple bedroom: 1 bed 140\*190 - pink bedroom 1 bed 140\*190 - bathroom with shower and sink, baby changing table - separate toilet. TV - Wi-Fi Internet (non-contractual): 2.8 Mbps download, 0.7 Mbps upload, 32 ms latency.  
Other area: clothes dryer.  
2 terraces: garden furniture, deck chairs, children's swing, barbecue.  
Included: linens - beds made  
Option: cleaning €80 (one flat rate per stay of 1 to 14 nights) - electric heating to be paid upon meter reading: €20/day deposit from October 15 to April 15, with refund of overpayment - towels €6/person.  
Pets not allowed.
