Concernant la cuisine, retrouver les plats authentiques avec une saveur que nous retrouvons que très rarement et à savoir qu'ils sont preparés qu'avec les producteurs des alentours. "We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings."

We really liked the breakfast. The fresh baguette was awesome and the croissants melted in your mouth. If we return to the Alcase region, we will defiantly stay her again."
