Check-out Procedure  
  
Before your departure, please:  
  
\* Remove the sheets and gather all dirty laundry.  
\* Do the dishes.  
\* Take out the trash: Place the bags in the trash room on the ground floor.  
\* Return the keys to the same location as upon arrival.  
  
Identity Documents and Security Deposit  
  
We collect an identity document for each traveler before arrival.  
  
A security deposit may be requested. This will be refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation.  
  
House Rules and Important Information  
  
You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe.  
  
We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly; this is why we send them at the last minute.
