Made this reservation thru Expedia which is a terrible travel website. Help chat is the worst that I've ever used, a waste of time. Could not get door code for original reservation so went to this. Office was closed but place looked nice with folks sitting out enjoying nice Sep evening. Ran by on my way out of town and talked to desk clerk to make sure that I wasn't charged for 'no show'. Everything was good and will use this place in future, They are open year round

Room and building was quite tired! Presented well enough. Rooms were dark, light fixtures unplugged, tv did not work and the tv was the size of a computer monitor. Next TV on from early hours of the morning and of course I could hear it clearly. Dog barking, doors slamming, etc. light bulbs missing in fixtures. I am sorry but I would not book this again!

I've stayed here before and never had any issues. This time I stayed for 5 days and I found roaches in the shower and crawling out of the sink the day before I check out. I also left with bug bites on my legs. I was so skeeved out. I asked for a blanket. I was told they only have sheets and obnoxiously huge comforters. I was never offered a discount and was told they have an exterminator come in monthly to spray. That information did not make me feel any better. What a disappointment.

I needed a place for 1 night and this place was the cheapest I could find. $221. If you look online you see the average price per day is $70-$100. So congratulations to Expedia for the incredible money-saving deal. Not. This place is a dive.

It was nice. The only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t connecting to our phones and If it would, nothing would open up. About a 30 mile drive to the beach which was great!

Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were available, competent, and friendly. Refrigerator interior was clean and cold upon my entry to the room. The microwave was powerful for its size and worked flawlessly. The air conditioner was powerful, yet quiet, and had been set by the staff to have the room nicely cool upon my entry. Plenty of channels available on the TV. Self-parking was available directly opposite my room. Plenty of hot and cold water. Bed was clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price.

Property is very dated. Pillows are completely flat. Shower and sink handle turned completely in a circle making it hard to turn water off. Drawers were broken and missing from the dresser. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Assuming the people who live in the room beside smoke inside. The room beside also played loud music all hours of night and morning making it hard to sleep. They also had a barking dog. We paid for a poolside room and were placed in the back of the building. The smoke detector and light were hanging. I felt like the leg of the bed was going to snap at any movement I made. The pool area was decent. The staff were friendly.

No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.

Secure parking area. Room was clean, but definitely in need of some repairs. The TV would not work. We were told by staff the cable was down due to construction. We had a smart TV installed, but that still did not work. The hotel was pet friendly. So that is a bonus.
