    Recently renovated single family home. A rare one of a kind Rustic/Beach atmosphere with all up-to-date amenities located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The home features a full-size kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, wine refrigerator, garbage disposal, toaster oven and amenities.
    A full size Washer/Dryer are located on the second floor.
    This two-story single-family home also includes a large deck and patio with a gas grill and spacious room for entertaining. Gated community pool available for house guests at no additional charge. Located in a quiet community and cul-de-sac with a worry-free kid’s zone to play without the parents concern of traffic.
    The 1st floor master bedroom includes a king size master bed, garden tub and a full-size master bath. The 2nd floor has a queen size bed in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3. The large spacious loft entertains two full size futon beds for extra sleeping arrangements. The main living space, loft and each bedroom have flat screen SMART TVs (Amazon Prime TV, Netflix, You Tube, Hulu accessible) as well as free WIFI and ceiling fans
    In addition, enjoy a two-zone air conditioning system (a/c upstairs/downstairs) for added comfort. Two-car garage, driveway and off-street parking offer additional parking space.
    Hand Scraped 6" Hickory Hardwood flooring throughout the entire first floor, Concrete countertops, various Pallet walls (Kitchen Back Splash, Work Space, Garden Tub Space and Powder room),Sliding Barn Doors in the Master Bedroom. 250 year old Barn Wood Beams surrounds the stone fireplace, work space and sitting bar area, as well as Ship lap in Master Bath and Dining Room.

    BICYCLES - 3 Bikes included in your stay w/ Bike Trails 1/4 mile from the home!
    Each room has a ceiling fan.
    Only minutes from the outlets, resort parks, restaurants as well as some of the best golf courses the Eastern shore of Delaware has to offer. Just a short 2 1/2 mile drive or public bus transportation takes you to the Delaware Beaches, including Dewey, Cape Henlopen and everyone's favorite, Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk. Fishing, clamming and crabbing always a family favorite fun activity.

Beautiful house!

Just what we were looking for! The house was nice and clean. We were able to pull one car into the garage if needed. Communication with the property owners was easy and were quick with responses if we needed. The outdoor seating are with fire pit was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Home away from home

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this home is just the place for a vacation. Clean and spacious with beautiful decor. Close to all amenities. Our host Danny was very friendly and courteous. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great family getaway celebration!

Our family of 7 gathered to celebrate several milestones. The property suited our needs really well. The loft area was not quite as comfortable for two adults as expected, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, It was a nice balance of being close “to the action” and far enough away to be able to relax. And the property manager was very helpful and accessible

Another Great Stay

We chose to rent Danny's beautiful home for a second year in a row, and similar to the first time, we had a great experience. Danny is so easy to work with and was available throughout our stay for questions. The house is beautiful and lacks for nothing. We'll definitely be back!

Baseball tournament getaway

The online pictures did not do this house justice! Very nicely decorated and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfortable We had 3 families including 4 teenage boys and we were comfortable. Our tournament got rained out so we were really happy to have this spacious comfortable house instead of being stuck in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

We had 8 people (3 children) stay at Danny's lovely home. Check-in and communication with Danny was a breeze. He was very responsive. The home was very clean and had a rustic charm that made us feel relaxed and at home. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with our family. I'd highly recommend staying here!

The pictures do not reflect how nice this home really is. Pictures do not do it justice. We were there for a baseball tournament at Sports By At The Beach which was about a 25 minute drive on back roads. The beach area is about 20 minutes. If this home meets your needs I would suggest you grab it. It’s stars are well deserved

Rehoboth stay

We had a great time in this place! Home was clean and well-equipped for our group. We enjoyed the back yard, quiet neighborhood, and the community pool. One thing I didn't realize upon reserving is there would be security/surveillance cameras around the property which felt sort of strange, especially when it seemed like perhaps we were being observed at times. Otherwise, lovely house and location.

Perfect week at the beach!

Beautiful home, excellent communication with property owner, amazing setup for family! Downstairs worked for grandparents and upstairs bedrooms plus loft gave parents and kids seperate space. Pool was nice as well, one day even had to ourselves, never overcrowded. Thanks Danny!

Perfect Private Getaway

I stayed at Danny's place with my two adult daughters and 2 yo granddaughter. We had a lovely time. The house was very clean, and the location was great - in a quiet neighborhood with a community pool and only a short drive to the beach, shopping, etc. We liked the availability of beach chairs and the large two-car garage (kept our vehicles cool on the hot days). We had a lovely time - thanks to Danny for his hospitality and quick responses to our questions!

Our new summer getaway home!!

The owner was very responsive and helpful to all our questions. We specifically booked to check out the area for future vacations but found our home away from home here. We were so pleasantly surprised that this house was more than we expected in a great neighborhood with a pool and located with accessibility to all our needs, grocery stores, shopping outlets, restaurants and the beach. The home has everything you would want and more. Very spacious so everyone has a place to hang out without tripping over each other, great fenced in back yard with a great deck and grill. We will definitely return. Thank you again Danny!

Unreasonable host

Host charged me for unreasonable things following the visit. Despite me encouraging him to view the camera footage to see that the damage to the flagpole was from a storm and not my children, he ignored me! This man charged my credit card and stopped responding to me once I suggested that he do some research and come to a compromise regarding the flagpole. He also charged me for having lint in the dryer. The stay was fine but I would never return because of the ridiculous and false claims Danny charged me for.

A great Rehoboth vacation!

Every year we take our son and his family to a beach for a week to make "Grammy and Papa memories." There was a break for Covid - which we are still very careful about. The house was very clean. It was perfect for us. Grammy and Papa had the bedroom downstairs, and the kids had the whole upstairs. Our littles, aged 7 and 4, walked into the house and declared they were never leaving. Many houses don't have enough seating in the living room - this one had 2 sofas. The kitchen had just about everything you could need. Access to the neighborhood pool - with no extra fees - was great for those days we didn't get to the beach. As far as location, it's not a bad drive to the beach, perhaps 10 minutes. Parking is problematic everywhere we've been. The state beach is a gem. We were also close to grocery stores and a Walmart - but not too close that they seemed like they were in the back yard. We had a great time in a great house! Thanks, Danny!

Close, convenient, and comfy!

Danny is a fantastic host. The living room is so comfy for a lazy day and all the bedrooms were also super comfy. Shopping is very accessible and convenient and so is the beach! We had a great time. Thank you!!

Our experience was amazing , danny is a dream to work with and the house is amazing. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Coming home from a long day at the beach you feel like this is home..the couches are so comfortable you will definitely fall alseep watching tv. Thank you again
