### Brand New Luxury Rehoboth Beach In-Town Home with Private Pool

Brand new luxury home in Rehoboth's favorite in-town neighborhood, The Pines!  
  
Experience the luxury and charm of a completely renovated and expanded beach cottage with brand new appliances, furniture, and finishes throughout, including central air conditioning and heating plus the convenience of a prime, in-town location - an easy walk to most everything.  
  
The house is located in "The Pines" neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach, named for the abundance of pine trees. The Pines is one of the most desirable locations in-town Rehoboth Beach because it offers easy access to the restaurants, shops, and the beach, while being blessed with large numbers of old growth trees in the heart of town. Many of our guests park their cars once they arrive and simply walk or bike around town for the rest of their stay.  
  
The property includes:  
  
\- A prime in-town location, walk to everything in Rehoboth (2 short blocks to Rehoboth Avenue, 5 blocks to the beach/ocean and boardwalk)  
  
\- Your own private oasis consisting of a large, private in-ground pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens, outdoor lounge furniture and outdoor shower, and a gas grill. (Pool is open early-May through early October and is NOT heated.)  
  
\- A screened front porch surrounded by mature hydrangea, with very comfortable lounge furniture and a ceiling fan creating a perfect spot for relaxing, a nap or simply watching the world go by.  
  
\- Two comfortable living spaces with large sectional sofas: living room with 55-inch tv over the gas fireplace and second floor family room with 65-inch tv. Both are perfect for a family movie night after a day in the pool or at the beach!  
  
\- Four (4) Bedrooms (all with flat screen televisions for streaming shows) and Four (4) Full Bathrooms:  
  
\-- Primary Bedroom on the main level of the house with a king-size bed and door to back deck plus luxury en-suite bathroom with spa shower, double vanities, heated tile floors & heated towel bar and large walk-in closet with additional washer/dryer. Faces towards back of house. Sleeps 2.  
  
\-- Bedroom #2 on the second floor with king-size bed and en-suite tiled shower bathroom with separate water closet (aka toilet room). Faces towards front of house. Sleeps 2.  
  
\-- Bedroom #3 on the second floor with queen-size bed and en-suite tiled shower bathroom. Faces towards back of house. Sleeps 2.  
  
\-- Bedroom #4 on the second floor with twin-over-twin bunk bed and second full bed. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination just outside the bedroom door. Faces towards from of house. Sleeps 4.

\-- Office on the main floor with desk, desk chair plus monitor and sofa. Faces towards front of house.

\- Off-street parking for 2+ cars (with an EV charger for electric plug in cars) plus two city parking passes provided for your use during your stay.

Weekly rentals during the summer (Saturday to Saturday). Check-in time not before 3pm and check-out by 10am. If owners can rent the same dates at the same rate, then a full refund will be issued minus a $150.00 processing fee for cancelled reservations.  
  
PLEASE NOTE: The State of Delaware charges a 4.5% short term rental tax and the City of Rehoboth Beach charges a 7% short term rental tax. Renters are responsible for both taxes and will be collected by VRBO.

We had another wonderful, relaxing stay at this well-maintained and well-appointed beach house. David is an excellent host -- available and responsive -- and the house (and pool) are delightful. We enjoyed the neighborhood, which is attractive and yet within walking distance of the boardwalk and the town generally.

#### Week at the DE Shore

Beautiful home with gourmet kitchen and easy walk to restaurants and shopping on the avenue! Perfect spot for three generations to gather, watch football and enjoy family time. David is a responsive host that has a gorgeous property. We especially enjoyed coffee on the screened in front porch and ping pong in the basement!

#### Perfect home for a multi-generation family!

We were family ranging from age 5 to 82, and the house fit our needs perfectly. There are multiple sleeping accommodations with extra blankets and pillows available, more than enough baths, and the home is attractively decorated with very high-end appliances. The pool is by far the nicest one we've had in Delaware, and its a fairly easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I can highly recommend this home!

#### A Wonderful Week at the Beach

This is a great place to stay. It's in a nice, quiet, shady neighborhood, but close enough to town to be within walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. The house was clean and very well appointed, and David was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool, the ping pong table, the wifi -- everything was in great working order. We hope to return again next summer and beyond! Highly recommend!

#### Super Nice Home

Beautifully remodeled home with high-end appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero, etc) and furnishings throughout. Our 2 families loved the location — close enough to Rehoboth Ave and the Boardwalk/beach, but far enough away from the higher traffic areas when needed (and good for getting in our steps to work off a few calories). We spent a number of our mornings, and a few late evenings, on the very comfortable screened in porch. Very relaxing! Had one small issue and reached out to David — he responded right away and had someone come out and fix it promptly. One small thing is that there are a number of trees and plants around the pool so there is a fair amount of debris that ends up on the surface and the floor of the pool, but it was still great to have the pool! It was also great to have two parking passes available in addition to the parking spaces in the driveway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks, David for your hospitality!

The house was well appointed with luxury appliances. David was very responsive to all requests and questions. We only had an issue with the prior guests accidentally taking the extra parking pass but that was only a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again.

This property was absolutely amazing, the design was beautiful and comfortable and all of the appliances were top of the line, an absolute pleasure to use this kitchen!!!! The front porch was a relaxing area and the pool and backyard area was very well thought out and very peaceful… the accommodations were very comfortable, the bedding and furniture … we will surely be back, we made so many family memories at this property, my husband and I were the only guests but our children and grandchildren stayed in the pines as well. The property was so clean and David was very prompt in getting back to us with any and all questions we had!! He was awesome!!!!

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The house is beautiful; practically everything is new. The floors, especially, are gorgeous, and we loved the elegant details like the tray ceiling. The pool was super fun for the kids and adults alike. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful house that was very nicely redone! Check in process was the easiest I’ve experienced and the owner couldn’t have been nicer and was so fast to answer any questions we had during our stay. #### Family vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful and suited our family 100%. We began each day sitting in the screened in front porch. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished with very comfortable beds. The upstairs living room is perfect for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped. Having two refrigerators and two washers and dryers is so helpful. Best of all is the beautiful in ground pool where we all spent a great deal of time. I could go on and on- this is the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in and it is perfect in every way. David, the host, was very good to deal with, answering messages almost immediately! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return next year.

#### Beautiful home in great location

This is a beautiful home. It was recently renovated and the owners spared no expense. The finishings and decor were very nice and tastefully done throughout the entire house. The pool area with deck was perfect and the kids ended up at the pool almost every way. That pool/area was also quiet and private. I used the screened porch area at the front of the house a bit, shaded and had a good breeze. Just a nice area to relax and I found the sound of cars going by somewhat soothing. We had movie night on most nights in the family room on the second floor. The kids and adults loved this room. The location of the house is great. We were close to restaurants and walked down to the boardwalk (maybe 15 min or a little more to the boardwalk/beach). We basically walked everywhere. The house doesnt feel like your usual rental house. You immediately feel at home staying here. The owner really took the care and resources to create a house that families would really enjoy and feel at home. Staying here really made our vacation in Rehoboth special
