Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This first-floor condo offers easy access to community pool. Comfortably sleeps 4 with king main, queen bed secondary. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Second bedroom with ceiling fan, TV, large closet and dresser. Kitchen provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 while breakfast bar seats another 3 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for dining outside. We loved it so much we are renting another unit in July (this one was already booked) We were in for a travel baseball tournament and we had friends staying in the community and we could watch them run over to the other unit so it was the perfect size community for us and we felt safe to let the kids visit with friends. One issue we did have which was no big deal was the upstairs neighbors walked so heavy it seemed like they were pacing all night and then about midnight something bounced on the floor above 9 times.
