It is a 50 year old building, and this Studio / Efficiency has been lovingly cared for. It is decorated with hand-stitched pillows & has beautiful honey oak floors. It is COZY & comfortable. This is an OCEANFRONT efficiency condo on the 2nd floor (1st floor above the Lobby Level). It has a fully equipped kitchen with an Outdoor POOL & sundeck on the same floor as the unit. There's a keyed entrance with an on-site manager, security cameras, laundry facility, underground parking garage, outside parking deck, elevators & free wireless INTERNET. The beach & Boardwalk are literally outside the front door. Relax on the PRIVATE BALCONY & enjoy the SPECTACULAR views. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We could feel the love that had been put into it! All of our activities were less than a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient as well. It’s a perfect size for our small family and is cozy, very clean, and couldn’t be more convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, Funland, restaurants and shops. The building felt secure and being able to park in the garage and leave our car to walk everywhere was a huge perk! You also can’t beat the beautiful ocean views over the boardwalk. Owner communication was very clear and helpful. And the view was just to die for. There were some stormy days but with the balcony and the view, it didn’t even matter. The location is perfect too. I parked my car in the underground garage and just walked to restaurants and the boardwalk. AJ, the owner, provided very detailed information and was very easy to contact.
