This spacious 1 Bedroom apt is perfect for a beach getaway for 2! Stay for a full week and enjoy 10% off nightly rates! Just park your car in it's designated parking spot around the corner and you may not need to use it all week. Walk to everything that Rehoboth Beach has to offer; fabulous casual and gourmet restaurants, unique shops and boutiques, live theater, churches, mini-golf, arcades, the rides at Funland and of course the beach and boardwalk! and you won't need it all week! Located on the 2nd floor, you'll love the entry deck which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen is great if you want to eat in one night and if you have a cloudy day. . . grab some Fisher's popcorn and binge watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. There's plenty of room to spread out too as the apartment offers a living room, loft and an enclosed sun porch. Feeling adventurous? Bring (or rent) bikes and hop on one of the 2 scenic bike trails to Historic Lewes. The apartment offers a storage area for bikes and you'll also find some beach chairs for your use as well. Guest pays a $115 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little cottage, right by the beach. You can't beat the location! Right by the beach and across from Funland. Perfect for a single person or a couple, but not ideal for more than 2 total. There is a parking spot, but it is a couple of blocks away...we didn't even need to move our car the entire trip. The furniture could use an update...living room furniture was made for a patio and the bed is drastically sinking into the middle. Those are the only 2 negatives I would comment on...the rest is great!
