There is a 3-night minimum stay for any time outside of that timeframe.\*\* Located just East of Rt 1 in Rehoboth in The Forgotten Mile this well-appointed, three-level, four-bedroom townhome is close to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Tanger Outlets is less than 2 miles away, and scores of local restaurants within 5 miles. So many mini-golf courses in that same area that you'll never be able to get to all of them in a week! Funland, with bumper cars, rides, and arcade games is 1.2 miles away. Parking for 3 cars, and 2 Rehoboth Town Parking Permits Included! Note that the permits are only required during the summer season. Staying at Starlyte Sands will be an unforgettable experience. As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by a wall of whimsical hooks, setting the mood for a fun stay. The furnishings and decor are personally chosen, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating arrangements and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the local area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and amenities, ideal for whipping up your favorite meals or trying your hand at local recipes. The bedrooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bathrooms are spacious and modern, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of adventure. The outdoor space gives you the opportunity to enjoy the lovely weather without leaving the house. The property has a deck off of the gathering area, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. There is a patio area off of the first-level master suite at ground-level, as well. First floor contains foyer, garage and one of the master suites with attached bathroom and walk-out patio. Garage is stocked with sand chairs and toys to use while you visit (and a beverage refrigerator!) There is a beach cart to haul your stuff, if you decide to walk to the beach. The second floor is the main living area with a large kitchen w/breakfast area and bar seating overlooking the dining area. There is a large great room and a powder room. The comfortable sectional sofa and wall mounted TV is great for the whole group to gather. The TV stand contains tons of DVDs, games & puzzles, and books to enjoy during your visit. There is also a deck (overlooking green space) on this floor for your leisure. The third floor contains another master suite with attached bathroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds, and a hall bathroom. There is also a heated pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) exclusively for the 8 units of Scarborough Square! There is enough parking for 3 cars (and garage space for bikes, scooters, etc.). This home backs up to an elementary school with playgrounds, fields, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for your use (during non-school hours). It’s just a 0.9-mile jaunt to the beach via the Turtle Bridge over Silver Lake. Close to Rt 1 transportation, shopping (tax-free!), and restaurants. The property sleeps up to 12\. Air conditioning was wonderful on all levels because it was hot outside. Great place for families & multiple families. We are blessed that it accommodates our married children & grandchildren and our adult daughter and our daughter with special needs. Entry level bedroom setup was perfect for my wife & I with our daughter. Pool great and friendly neighbors we stressed to our family we are guests of not only the hosts but all who live there. Although it is near Route 1, it is very close to downtown Rehoboth and beaches. The property is very large, well furnished and spacious and includes a lot of extras. The furnishings are nice and quite comfortable. We enjoyed finding our way to the beach (we had to ask the neighbors) through the park and across the bridge, but it’s quite a bit further than the 5 blocks advertised. We were disappointed to find the heated pool closed for the season; this should be noted in the ad since the pool is so prominently featured. Some of the floors and surfaces were cleaner than others, and some of the dishes needed rewashing. Despite the noted inconveniences, the four of us enjoyed our stay; thank you. ##### Angela F. A/C not functioning properly especially 3rd floor bedrooms. Heavy humidity that sheets were damp. I felt bad for owners as the cleaners are not giving them fair work. Dirty soap in all showers, used tissues under beds, etc. NOT owners fault they should be able to trust those they hire. ##### Dale H. She was so wonderful to work with, quick communication and gave really great advice on places to tour in the area! The house is BEAUTIFUL! It's 3 stories, decorated so nicely, really great comfy couch in the living room and I love how she labeled all of the light switches & things in the house so it was easy to find! It was the smoothest check in process & since it was the off season she gave us a late check out which made our last day there even more special since we didn't need to rush out! The garage is fully stocked with sand toys & beach chairs and so much that we were able to use! So many places to sleep too with three separate bunk beds! The kids LOVED having their own bunk bed. It was so spacious and just a great place to relax after a long day being a tourist and being at the beach and shopping. She specifically states in the listing that you need to bring your own sheets - bedding is provided but sheets you need to bring yourself. I have no complaints and would go back in a heartbeat - it's all about who you rent from and the accommodations they make for you and this owner was AMAZING! Highly recommend! ##### April W. The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. There are a lot of stairs as it is 3 levels and they are a bit noisy. So, for anyone with bad knees or back this may be an issue. This is the first condo we have ever rented that did not have sheets/towels so we did opt to bring our own vs. renting linens. This provided a bit of a challenge as it made for extra baggage in our already packed car and having to worry about a lot of sheets/towels for so many different bed sizes and all the bathrooms. We didn't have time to wash everything before leaving so we had to bring it all home and wash it. This would be the main negative for us, so we am not sure that we would rent a place that does not provide linens in the future, and the only options are to bring your own or pay extra money to rent them. It does seem that a number of places in the area are following this process though. Overall, no other complaints and this property was nice and convenient in location to everything as it is right off of route 1. ##### Nicole L. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2023
