Perfect for small families or couples looking for a romantic getaway. It features two bedrooms and a queen futon in the living room. The float home is at the end of the dock with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Peaceful and quiet, but within walking distance to the local restaurants and amenities in town. It is only minutes away from Farragut State Park and Silverwood Theme Park where you could create memories to last a lifetime. Other things to note Extra rollaway beds are available if needed but space is limited. Boat slips and boat rentals are available. We can accommodate additional guests over the age of 9 for an additional $10 per night. We can accommodate additional guests in your room over the age of 9 for an additional $10 per night. This is designated as a pet free home. The local laundromat is within walking distance to your room. Get a discount on Silverwood Theme Park tickets and room rentals when you buy Silverwood tickets through us. The accommodation does not include paper towels or kleenex. Smoking Policy All rooms are designated as non-smoking. The property owner was at the office upon check in so took us through the process. We had a boat, therefore also rented a slip. You must park the trailer away from the property but the area is very safe. There are kayaks and paddle boats available for rent. The location was amazing because we could sit on the dock and enjoy the view of boats, ducks, Canadian geese - don’t feed them. The restaurants were in walking distance: JD’s pub and grill had great burgers, pool, and live music on Saturday. The Captains Wheel has a great waitress, Jennifer, drinks are great but not everything on the menu was available. The Lake House by the boat launch had great nachos with brisket and signature drinks. People are welcoming and friendly. The house had some dishes, cups, and pans. There is a toaster oven, apartment sized refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee and fixings provided. We brought our grill and table to support it. There are wagons and wheelbarrows to help you bring your things upon arrival and departure. The lake is huge! We fished, and cruised the lake many days even seeing an eagle and it’s nest with two babies. It was a fantastic, calm, relaxing 7 days. ##### Charlotte H.
