From the reviews and what amenities were listed on Expedia, I expected more. I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. I also noticed there was a significant difference in how European travelers were treated vs. minority travelers which I do not stand for or accept. It seemed like the rules were enforced more on guests that fall under minorities while white guests were able to do what they wanted. I also witnessed a fight at the from desk between a staff member and a family checking in which I thought was unprofessional and showed the immaturity and lack of experience of staff. Park your car at this hotel and never touch it until you leave. Facilities are very good, food a little expensive, but get yourself out and about and return later for a relaxing swim etc. Rooms are of good size and comfortable without having to be too clever or modern including mini fridge and safe in room. Breakfast will last you all day, if you want, and your body can take it, with good all round selection. Car park is huge, but can get busy as they hold many large events."
