"Hicimos la reservación a través de expedia y cuando llegamos al hotel no existía nuestra reservación diciendo que ellos no trabajaban con expedia y tampoco buscaron la manera de resolvernos el inconveniente, tuve que tomar mis cosas y salir a buscar otro hotel a donde ir y encima me hicieron esperar más de 3 que según para que me entregaran la habitación y nosotros súper cansados fuimos a recorrer la ciudad y cuando volvimos nos encontramos con esta sorpresa, no recomiendo para nada este...

"O hotel é bem simples fica numa região mais afastada da cidade bem tranquila, mas escura a noite, andamos tranquilamente pelas ruas e cidade. O quarto era bom com um bom colchão, não tem frigobar e nem chuveiro quente. O pessoal da recepção são alegres a sempre estão dispostos a ajudar, no café da manha foi o casal quem preparou e sua filhinha ajudou. Somos gratos pela hospedagem."

"When booking in realise I was non Colombian and required a passport (which I do not carry) thus booking at 9pm refused. So eat in Restaurant returned and used wifes ID as that was acceptable ?? Sadly No 4\* +in area compaired to Intercontinenal in Cali very poor value. Althought T bone and Tomahawk Steaks in restaurant where very good value"

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

"We stayed at On Vacation Amazon near Leticia from 31 October to 3 November 2025\. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I would not recommend this property nor the affiliated SelvaTours operator to other travellers. 🏨 Hotel — On Vacation Amazon What initially appeared to be a jungle escape quickly became an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. Key issues encountered: • Misleading package & food situation Our booking ($341.87 AUD, double standard room, incl. breakfast and transfers) did not make it clear that you must purchase a full-meal package or pay inflated restaurant prices once onsite. The hotel is isolated — approximately one hour from Leticia’s port — with no alternative dining options. Once you arrive, you are effectively captive. • Aggressive upselling & membership pitch Upon arrival, guests are subjected to an hour-long sales session for a USD $5,300 hotel “membership”. It set an uncomfortable tone and felt highly inappropriate for a hospitality environment. • Poor room infrastructure & comfort • Air-conditioning only available 8pm–5:30am and only upon request, often with a 20-30 minute wait • Bats in the room, including one flapping around while we tried to rest and others trapped in the walls • Rooms constructed of thin timber planks with no sound insulation — early-rising guests and loud TVs/music from 4am made rest impossible • Room odour likely from humidity and wildlife presence • Cleanliness passable but certai"
