Villa con 6 posti letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno con cucina completamente opzionale, aria condizionata, WiFi , logge e veranda coperta sul retro.  
Intorno alla villa ci sono 4 ettari di giardini, barbecue, vigneti, alberi di ulivo e un orto dove è possibile raccogliere la frutta. La piscina è privata ed è di fronte all'ingresso, 9mx5, con sedie a sdraio e lettini.  
L'abitazione si trova a 10 min. Dal grande negozio di abbigliamento di grandi marchi (Gucci, Armani, Prada, D&G ecc.) e 25 km da Firenze.
