"First of all this home is beautiful! Wonderfully furnished in every way. Kitchen is percecfly accommodating! But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! The hosts are amazing. Michael and Davita are amazing. You have to stay here to understand. Cheers!"

"Alessio’s dropped a pin for location & directions which took all the stress off finding the place. The property is spotless whilst soaked in rustic charm and beautifully presented. The rooms are super comfortable with every convenience. The pool, gardens, table tennis table, football game all ready and waiting for you to play. An amazing holiday venue."

"This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! Now the spa underneath is a real treat! The water...

"Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

"Villa Franchetti was more than we could've have asked for - beautiful, clean and authentic. Jannet went out of her way to help us organize a surprise birthday dinner for my husband, and I couldn't have done it without her! "I brought my family (5 adults with 80 y/o mother) to Italy for Easter Holiday. Property was beautiful, easy to find and to get to off A1 allowing us to get to many local Tuscany attractions. House was perfect for adults with ample sitting areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed a wine tasting and dinner one evening in the property which we thought was outstanding, would stay here again."

Antonella, the owner is warm, friendly and clearly very hard-working: the whole place is put together with love. We definitely recommend having Beatrice and Stefania cook for you: their food and service were excellent. Staying in also means you get to enjoy the varied sunsets from the canopied dining terrace before dinner and the twinkling lights of Sesto Fiorentino once...

"This property was absolutely charming! I was impressed with the restoration of the property and the amount rooms available for our family. The outside sitting areas and pool are beautiful and the sunset and sunrise are breathtaking. We enjoyed the wine and olive oil produced on the property and the hospitality from Giampaolo. The kitchen is small to prep family meals but there are several local restaurants to have dinner. We want to go back!"

"Beautiful home, dazzling finishes, lots of space. Went in April. Could not enjoy the gardens & patio due to inclement weather. Made dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Not far from Park n’ Ride (€7 all day; €1.50 each way to Florence. Minutes by car to the vineyards. This villa has it all."

"We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible. Each of our five guests (two couples, one single!) had their own floor and bathroom. We cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, drank wine while watching the sunrise on the patio, and were transported to the past walking...

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
