"Second time staying. Great choice. It does not have amenities like a gym, but otherwise, it provides amazing service and friendly staff. Also, free coffee, cookies, and apples every day. It may sound silly, but those are the things that make a difference between good and great customer service."

"This hotel was comfortable, clean, offered a beautiful view of the marina, free “bike” usage, a typical continental breakfast (although a longer breakfast time than most hotels we have stayed at, and kind, polite staff. The only “downside” was the hot tub was not in service and the weight room had no weights (we were told they had been stolen). The hot tub was a regrettable experience however, everything else was enjoyable. We would return again should we decide to visit the area and stay overnight. "

"This is my go-to in San Francisco, for five reasons: 1) The lobby restaurant is pretty good and the snack bar is excellent. 2) I get rooms with balconies where I can vape. 3) Just outside the door is Philz Coffee, best of the coffee chains IMO. 4) The Embarcadero food and farmer's market scene. 5) And the views. The beds are good. The shower is the best of a bad situation. I dislike bath/shower combos with shower curtains. Here they've done the best they can by installing upgraded shower heads. There's not a lot of charm, but this hotel does large-downtown-business-oriented-chain as well as can be done. "

"Staff was friendly and welcoming 24/7. I never had to open any door myself in the lobby. I felt safe and it was clean. Location isn’t noisy at all. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for an exceptional price. "

"Room had an industrial carpet dryer going. Horrible moisture/mold smell. Staff offered a refund (which I will hopefully get) since they were not advised of the room’s condition. I accepted the offer and left."
