On calling the listed number “Vanessa” with Family Time Vacation Rentals in Utah (the loft is in Oregon) refused to believe me and repeatedly claimed there were “floor mats” which wasn’t true, not that mats on a cement floor was going to be a satisfactory replacement for the promised twin beds.
